GYS provides a delivery service to our customers. In the event of any product defects, the company’s technical team, equipped with comprehensive knowledge and expertise, is prepared to promptly and accurately address the issues.
GYS has implemented an advanced information technology system to support the company’s expanding business operations. This system includes an E-Ordering System for convenient ordering both domestically and internationally, an Online Documents System (ODS) that provides overseas customers with real-time access to trading documents, and an E-Certificate feature that allows customers to print mill certificates on demand.
In addition to before- and after-sales service and an advanced information technology system to facilitate sales, GYS offers a cut-to-length service. This service allows customers to have their structural steel cut to their desired length, tailored to match the specific needs of their projects, in addition to the standard sizes of 6, 9, and 12 meters.
Spanning over 40,500 square meters, the Steel Service Center (SSC) offers top-notch steel fabrication services utilizing state-of-the-art computerized machinery. These include CNC Sawing Machines, CNC Drilling, Cutting, Punching, Bending Machines, as well as Galvanizing and Shot Blasting equipment. With renowned GYS products and skilled engineers from ESC, customers can now procure cut-to-length, cut-to-shape, or custom steel fabrications that meet international quality standards.
